Children usually get their school calendars on their return to school after the Summer break. By putting in a request for 2009 this early, you can be sure you will be one of the first we call, once the weeks start coming in.We'd also like to point out , that this also applies to you folks who DON'T want to holiday in School holidays...get your requests in early! Plus, if you have weeks to deposit, and you do so before the end of February 2009, you will be awarded a £10.00 discount from your next Exchange.We'll accept weeks in to the bank, even if maintenance fees have'nt as yet been paid for 2009. Then simply tell us what you're looking for in Exchange, and the search begins.

Previous claims by us to be on of the cheapest Exchange companies in the UK , still stands, as we have NO hidden extras. There are no charges for Guest Letters, we charge the exact same rate for Exchanging abroad as we do in the UK, and above all else , we make NO CHARGE for using credit/ debit cards. The Exchange fee remains at £75.00, and there will be no price increase for 2009. A further £75 will be charged as an upgrade fee if, for example, you have banked a one bedroom unit, and your request is for a 2 bedroom, or if you've say, banked a week in November, but your request is for a School holiday week.

So, as we head for the Autumn/Winter Season, why not treat yourselves to a 'wee' pre-Xmas break? Or even a Detox week in January or February! Maybe a week in the Lakes or Bonny Scotland!We've lots of weeks available for this time of year, and they'll cost between £150 - £250 , and you don't necessarily have to use your banked weeks.You could even consider giving a week as a present for someone for Christmas!

WELCOME TO OUR UK SELECT OPTION Given the impending financial crisis we here at UKRE are aware that many members will opt to stay in the UK during the next year or two at least and of course we want as many members as possible to enjoy exchanging within the UK we have therefore taken the unprecedented step of reducing your exchange fee from £75.00 to £50.00 per week for the next five years 1st January 2014 and this will only apply to UKRE members in other words those that have deposted UK time for UK time. It will mean that any existing member will be able to ugrade their membership immediately to UK SELECT for an additional fee but your membership will be from 1st January 2009. These fees will vary from member to member because of different expiry dates just call us on 01770 302345 and we will give you your personal quote. We have now separated our existing availability from owner rentals. For those members wishing to try renting their week then a special rental site has been set up just for you, www.rent-accom.com.
It will cost you £10.00 to register, then £10.00 to advertise each week that's it. THERE IS NO MIDDLE MAN - NO COMMISSION to pay out. In the event your week fails to rent then we will email you to see if you want to deposit your week in the bank (safety net)

For Worldwide resorts we ask that members request by COUNTRY and then AREA, we will do a search in this usually involves using our trading partners throughout the world. Before a member accepts a week we will be able to give the member a full profile on the chosen resort and area.

Once again to help us help you please ask for area rather than specific resort if you don't then you might lose out on an alternative destinations that you may well have been very pleased with.
