Timeshare resort developers usually affiliate their resorts to large international exchange companies with resorts all over the world. However, many UK Timeshare Owners prefer to holiday in the UK for ease and convenience. Exploring the UK's heritage, taking the dog, reduced travelling time, lower costs and recent events make the UK a great holiday destination. Timeshare Owners and Holiday Home Owners discovered that the demand for UK exchanges far exceeds the supply. This makes it difficult to exchange in the UK.

UKRE provides a solution to exchanging Timeshare in the UK. UKRE was established in 1991 and operates an exchange member service for Timeshare Owners and Holiday Home Owners. UKRE is not affiliated to any resort, but does enjoy excellent relations with most UK resorts. Those UK resorts consider UKRE as providing a valuable service to their Holiday Owners.

Resort Availability

UKRE exchanges and bookings are reserved through the UK Resort Exchange Request System. There are thousands of weeks to available throughout the UK and the world. UKRE can help you select a resort and will perform the exchange quickly. Remember, availabilty can vary so it is best to contact UKRE as soon as possible. Resort Rentals

UKRE operates a resort rental service for Members. A commission fee of 20% (plus VAT) is charged for a successful rental. UKRE will contact the Member to obtain final approval to proceed and finalise the holiday booking.

UKRE members that use the rental service can also use the rental for performing a UK resort exchange. This will normally happen no booking is made for the rental. In this event, UKRE will contact you six weeks prior to the rental to ask for instructions.

UKRE also provides a service for you to rent your Holiday Accommodation easily and cheaply.

Late Holiday Breaks

From time to time we have a limited number of weeks available from only £150 per week (dependant on the exchange band), regardless of the number of people travelling. These late breaks do not require a week to be deposited, it just enables Members to take extra holidays. Contact UKRE for late breaks and holiday availability.

Worldwide Resort Exchange

UKRE has an associate company called "WorldWide Resort Exchange". WWRE handles exchange deposits and exchange requests for all European Resorts and International Resorts. This company was established in 1996. and provides an International Resort Exchange Service.
